1) Please sign up with address to here:

This account will be later used for uploading your tracks and sessions.

IMPORTANT: You need to use the same email address that this email was sent to. If you use multiple addresses on same INBOX, you need to find out the email address from the headers.

Alternatively you can reply this email with the email address you want to use, and I'll add it (manually) to the beta list.

2) Accept the confirmation email (from your inbox). Check your SPAM BOX if you do not receive the email within 5 minutes. I you do not seem to receive it at all, please reply this email.

3) Download, install the .APK from here:

IMPORTANT: To able to install you need to have 'Settings > Applications > Unknown sources' enabled.

4) Application will ask for login. Now enter the email and password you just used to register.

What about my old RaceChrono sessions from my Symbian / WM days?

Mount your device to your computer, copy your old Sessions and Tracks folders under RaceChrono so your phones mass memory will have RaceChronoSessions and RaceChronoTracks folders.

On first run RaceChrono will import these sessions to the new format. Do not throw away your old format files after this, as I do not guarantee this works 100% yet. I recommend to back them up properly.

Notice that you might not want to import the tracks that are downloaded from the Track Library, as RaceChrono will detect and download missing tracks automatically from Library when the session is opened.

- Lap list with sector view (relative times) and optimal lap time

Here's a list of things that are not implemented in this preview, but on which I plan to start working very soon:

- Performance testing. Sorry, the Lap Timing stuff has priority
- Editing session name and description. While waiting for editors, RaceChrono tries to figure out a session name by itself
- OBD-II and RaceDAC support
- Support for internal accelerometers and gyroscopes
- Exporting (to for example video formats)
- Predictive lap timing
- High/Low speed analyzing mode
- Comparison lap trajectories drawn on the map
- Different modes for Lap list.
